Yeah yeah yeah, we are all home. Yes, with our whole family. No, it’s not always fun, but I don’t think I’m the only one cooking a lot.

All this cooking can actually been kind of fun, with some quick tips. Here there are:

You MUST drink wine while cooking dinner (and sometimes lunch).
Get all your ingredients out that you need for the recipe (you’ll thank me for this tip later).
Clean as you go.
** There is nothing worst than cooking a glorious meal and then having a kitchen full of dirty dishes.
Keep topping the glass off.
Enjoy
If you’re married or have a significant other, they should clean the final dishes! If you are the spouse of the cook, trust me here. This is important and will be so greatly appreciated.

Wine I’m going to drink while cooking tonight? Claiborne and Churchill Pinot Noir. I’m a member of their wine club for a few reasons.
