I don’t know what I expected, but it wasn’t this! This crisp, clean sparkling had more depth and complexity than I thought. There’s fruit, acid and a light biscuit that I assume was due to some time in the lees. Thank you Chris Christensen and Andrew Chambers!! Can’t wait to try more!
